The short version: use the website fairly, treat our drawings as ours, and remember that only a signed contract is binding.

01About these terms

These terms apply to your use of doneright.ng (the “website”), operated by Done Right Construction Ltd, RC 1029384, Plot 12, Admiralty Way, Lekki Phase 1, Lagos (“Done Right”, “we”, “us”).

By using the website you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.

02Using the website

You may browse the website and share links to it for personal or business purposes. You agree not to:

  • Use it in a way that breaks any law or regulation in Nigeria or elsewhere
  • Submit false, misleading or someone else’s details through our forms
  • Try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its admin area or the systems behind it
  • Send spam, malware or automated requests that could overload the website
  • Copy large parts of the website, or scrape it, for commercial reuse

03Our content and intellectual property

The drawings, plans, renders, photographs, text, logos and design of the website belong to Done Right or our licensors and are protected by the Copyright Act 2022 and other intellectual-property laws. Architectural designs shown here remain our property or our clients’.

You may not reproduce, adapt or use our drawings or designs to build, or to brief another contractor, without our written permission. The Done Right name and logo may not be used in a way that suggests we endorse you.

04Project information is illustrative

We work hard to keep the website accurate, but please read project information as a guide, not a specification:

  • Renders and some images are artist’s impressions; finished buildings may differ in materials, colour, landscaping and detail.
  • Construction progress percentages, milestones and handover dates are estimates at the time of the last site update and can change.
  • Floor areas, levels and other figures are approximate and may be rounded.
  • Budget bands and journal articles are general information, not a quotation or professional advice for your plot.

05No offer until a signed contract

Nothing on the website is an offer to contract. Sending a quote request, receiving an acknowledgement, or receiving a feasibility review, budget estimate or proposal from us does not create a binding agreement.

A project only becomes binding when you and Done Right have both signed a written contract. Prices, scope and programme are those in the signed contract and its schedules, which take priority over anything on the website.

06Our liability

The website is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your reliance on information on the website, or from the website being unavailable, interrupted or affected by viruses we could not reasonably prevent.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Nigerian law — including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence — and nothing here affects your rights under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018. Our responsibilities on a project are set out in that project’s signed contract.

08Your personal data

How we handle the details you send us is explained in our Privacy notice. The public website does not use cookies.

09Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Lagos State and the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The courts of Lagos State have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, without affecting any right you may have to bring a claim elsewhere.

10Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Questions about these terms can be sent to [email protected].
